About the Role

MSS is seeking a Product Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves advancing healthcare diagnostics by delivering laboratory testing solutions to hospitals across KSA. The Product Specialist promotes, positions, and implements high-end laboratory testing kits and services to enhance clinical decision-making, operational efficiency, and patient care. The role requires 2-5 years of experience and involves working with healthcare professionals, key decision-makers, and internal cross-functional teams to provide value-driven solutions, support product evaluations and tenders, execute sales and marketing initiatives, and build customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell and promote high-end lab-testing kits and services to public and private hospitals in KSA.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers to understand clinical needs and deliver solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, clinical training, and educational programs for healthcare professionals and hospital staff.
• Execute sales and marketing strategies to expand market presence and achieve business growth objectives.
• Support product evaluations, government tenders, and contract negotiations, ensuring successful project execution.
• Monitor market trends, analyze sales performance, and provide insights to optimize business opportunities.
• Deliver customer support by addressing product and service inquiries and coordinating solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/ERP systems and, when required, mentor and supervise Associate Product Specialists to achieve team KPIs and sales targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work closely with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
• Experience in supporting product evaluations, tenders, and contract negotiations.
• Proficiency in executing sales and marketing initiatives.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems for maintaining customer records.
