About the Role

Rose Sweets is seeking a Production Line Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on overseeing and optimizing production line operations within a food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in production lines, with a preference for backgrounds in food manufacturing.

Role Overview

The Production Line Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing, filling, and packaging equipment. This includes troubleshooting issues, implementing improvements to reduce waste, and coordinating maintenance activities to minimize downtime. The role requires a hands-on approach to equipment management and a strong understanding of industrial control systems.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the operation and efficiency of production lines.
Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement solutions to minimize production downtime.
Identify and implement improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate effectively with the maintenance team.
Oversee the performance of manufacturing, filling, and packaging equipment.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a closely related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in production lines, with a preference for experience in food manufacturing.
Demonstrated hands-on experience with manufacturing, filling, and packaging equipment.
Proficiency in industrial control systems, automation, and troubleshooting methodologies.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a food manufacturing setting. The role involves direct interaction with production processes and equipment, requiring a proactive and problem-solving approach.
