Parsons Corporation is seeking a Project Controls Manager (Aviation) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to leading the project controls effort for significant aviation and transportation infrastructure projects. Role Summary

The Project Controls Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing all phases of project controls. This role provides leadership across every phase of major aviation and transportation infrastructure projects or programs, with the objective of ensuring on-schedule completion within or below budget and in full compliance with client requirements. The successful candidate will manage a team of professionals, leveraging diversified knowledge and extensive experience across various project types and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for resolving complex project control problems.
• Interface with clients, attend regular meetings, and offer strategic recommendations on critical matters to support decision-making.
• Guide the development and implementation of project controls procedures to support best practices for schedule, cost, earned value, risk, and change management processes.
• Manage a team of Project Control staff qualified to analyze, evaluate, and forecast project costs, as well as performance against established schedules with critical milestones.
• Recommend and oversee the implementation and customization of project control systems to meet specific project requirements.
• Coordinate staffing requirements, assign and supervise project work activities, and provide personnel training.
• Complete performance reviews and facilitate personnel development for assigned employees.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as appropriate.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven ability to perform effectively in a management capacity.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
• A self-starter attitude with a proactive, results-oriented focus, willing and capable of assuming additional responsibilities.
• Ability to interface with a variety of people with different technical levels and educational backgrounds.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in project controls, particularly within aviation or large-scale transportation infrastructure projects.

This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Project Controls Manager will lead and develop a team of project control professionals, collaborating on complex and significant infrastructure projects.
