Project Coordinator at Weshah

Weshah is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for managing and overseeing various construction and contracting projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in ensuring project efficiency and adherence to established standards and timelines.

Role Purpose

The Project Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the smooth execution of construction projects from inception to completion. This involves detailed coordination between multiple stakeholders, meticulous documentation, and proactive monitoring of project progress. The role demands a professional who can maintain high standards of accuracy and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and perform accurate quantity take-offs from drawings.
• Review and coordinate Shop Drawings with consultants, contractors, and site teams.
• Monitor project schedules and issue regular progress reports.
• Coordinate between stakeholders to ensure delivery per specifications and standards.
• Maintain documentation of correspondence, payment applications, and variation orders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of 5–8 years of experience in project coordination, specifically within construction and contracting.

Required Skills and Proficiencies

• Strong command of BOQ preparation and Shop Drawing review processes.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software including AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel.
• Excellent organizational capabilities to manage multiple tasks and documentation effectively.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with all project stakeholders.
