The Role of Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for supporting the successful delivery of engineering and construction projects by ensuring effective coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning, coordination, and execution activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with project schedules and objectives.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports, meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Assist in managing project documentation, deliverables, and communications.
• Participate actively in project meetings and ensure timely follow-up on project requirements.
• Support project managers in ensuring efficient project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain accurate project records and ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements.
