About the Role

Saleh Al-Rajhi & Partners Co. Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on supporting project execution through effective coordination. The Project Coordinator acts as a crucial link between contractors, consultants, and the client representative, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of technical and administrative matters across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate effectively between contractors, consultants, and the client’s representatives.
• Attend site meetings to ensure alignment and progress tracking.
• Participate in coordination meetings involving different engineering disciplines.
• Identify and facilitate the resolution of technical coordination issues among various disciplines.
• Prepare comprehensive coordination and progress reports, and follow up on closing remarks and action items.
• Monitor and track Variation Orders (VOs) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure proper coordination across all stages of project implementation, from initiation to completion.
• Provide support for both office-based and site-based activities as required by project demands.

Required Knowledge and Experience

• A general understanding of all phases of project execution.
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary coordination within construction or engineering projects.
• Ability to track issues, follow up on actions, and ensure their timely closure.
• This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of relevant experience.
