Role Overview: Project Cybersecurity Manager

ALSTOM Transmission & Distribution is seeking a Project Cybersecurity Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading cybersecurity initiatives to protect critical rail systems and project data, ensuring the resilience and security of modern transportation infrastructure. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity planning and implementation efforts to safeguard critical rail systems and project data.
• Conduct context and risk analyses to identify potential threats and ensure system resilience.
• Prepare necessary cybersecurity deliverables and review cybersecurity design packages.
• Define cybersecurity architecture, allocate requirements, and cascade them to suppliers.
• Manage cybersecurity assurance levels and evaluate achieved security performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to align on security controls and provide regular status reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in project cybersecurity management, risk assessment, and cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• Proficiency in system and network architecture principles and security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and IEC 62443.
