Responsibilities:- Monitoring guest activity in and around the pool and beach areas.
- Preventing accidents and responding quickly and calmly to emergencies.
- Administering First Aid or CPR when needed and reporting incidents accurately.
- Ensuring all safety equipment is functional and in place.
- Enforcing pool and beach rules and regulations in a respectful manner.
- Supporting daily cleaning and maintenance of the water facilities.
- Assisting with guest needs or inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements:- Certified in Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid (valid certification required).
- Previous lifeguarding experience is preferred, especially in a resort or hotel setting.
- Strong swimming skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Attentive, responsible, and proactive with excellent observation skills.
- Positive attitude and a guest-focused mindset.
- Willing to work outdoors and flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
