About the Role

Jasara Program Management Company is seeking a Project Director to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading and overseeing high-impact construction projects from initiation to completion. The Project Director will guide project teams to ensure successful project delivery within established timeframes and budgetary limits.

Role Context and Objectives

In this senior leadership capacity, the Project Director will collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to drive project objectives. A primary goal is to ensure quality outcomes and adherence to project specifications. This role requires a strategic approach to project management and a commitment to excellence in project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all project phases from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with quality standards and budget thresholds.
• Manage project resources effectively, including personnel, materials, and budgets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline goals, tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Identify potential risks and implement risk management strategies to mitigate issues before they arise.
• Lead project meetings, preparing reports and updates for upper management and key stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations throughout all project operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience with a proven track record in successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience in building high-performing teams.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Essential Skills

• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
