About the Role

Hill International, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing and coordinating various project functions to ensure successful project delivery within established timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
Provide technical support and guidance to project team members.
Coordinate with design, manufacturing, construction, and maintenance teams to achieve project goals.
Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and change orders.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors.
Identify and resolve technical issues and problems throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor and coordinate project functions such as Project Management, Site Management, Project Control Management, Engineering Management, Procurement, and Construction Management.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting standards are maintained across all projects.
Coordinate and communicate with project groups on major regional projects.
Liaise with regional and site management regarding project status, significant trends, and approved project changes.
Monitor engineering progress against budget and forecasted schedules.
Prepare engineering budgets, project schedules, and project control budgets.
Maintain ongoing communication with construction and contractor management teams.
Coordinate engineering activities with other departments and provide technical assistance during construction.
Provide technical advice and support to various departments.
Ensure continuous compliance with Hill International's Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager or supervisor.

Required Experience

Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project engineering or a similar role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
