About the Role

First Gulf Company is seeking an experienced Project Management Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing project, maintenance, and operational activities, ensuring efficient execution and coordination across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and schedule maintenance and project activities.
Manage and follow up on work orders and technical teams.
Monitor performance and project progress.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, and stakeholders.
Manage resource and material requirements.
Ensure effective execution of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance and operations.
Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) accreditation.
Strong experience in Project Management and O&M contracts.
Proven experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams.

Required Skills

Knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, and digital asset management systems.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Excellent English communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant maintenance/project management software.
