The Role of Project Manager Fit Out

PMKConsult is seeking a Project Manager Fit Out to join its Workplace Department in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing multiple fit-out projects within the region, working under the guidance of Directors and Senior Project Managers. The Project Manager will collaborate with internal commercial and design teams, as well as external consultants, contractors, and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing both pre-contract and post-contract phases of projects.
• Leading project meetings and maintaining the action tracker.
• Managing information flow among various project teams.
• Overseeing timelines and deliverables for all involved parties.
• Driving site progress and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Overseeing contract administration processes.
• Handling all formal project reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year ideally gained within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) firm.

Work Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be willing to be based in Riyadh.
