About the Role: Project Manager, Infrastructure PMC

Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) is partnering with a leading international Project Management Consultancy (PMC) to recruit a Project Manager, Infrastructure PMC. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on the leadership of a significant infrastructure development.

Project Context and Leadership

The successful candidate will lead a major infrastructure development project directly tied to a large residential area in Riyadh. This role involves taking ownership of the project's entire lifecycle, from initial design through to final handover, while ensuring effective communication and coordination across all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project delivery across all phases: design, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary site team effectively.
• Act as the primary link and communication channel between programme leadership and the teams delivering work on the ground.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 20 years of experience in project management.
• A strong background in delivering complex infrastructure projects.
• Prior PMC experience is essential for this role.
• Experience working within Saudi Arabia is essential.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and proven commercial administration experience.
• A demonstrated track record of coordinating effectively with authorities, utility providers, and multiple contractors.
• Must be currently based in Riyadh or willing and able to relocate to Riyadh.
