Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) is collaborating with a prominent international Project Management Consultancy (PMC) to identify a Project Manager Infrastructure PMC. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves leading a significant infrastructure development project that supports a large residential area.

Project Scope and Leadership

The Project Manager will assume full ownership of project delivery, overseeing all phases from design and construction through testing, commissioning, and final handover. This role requires leading a multidisciplinary site team and serving as the primary liaison between programme leadership and the teams executing work on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of a major infrastructure development project through its entire lifecycle.
• Oversee project phases including design, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Direct and support a multidisciplinary site team to ensure project milestones are met.
• Act as the central communication link between programme leadership and on-site delivery teams.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience and demonstrate a proven track record in infrastructure project delivery. The role requires specific expertise and a commitment to working within the region.

• Strong background in delivering complex infrastructure projects.
• Essential experience working with a Project Management Consultancy (PMC).
• Demonstrated experience within Saudi Arabia is essential.
• Solid knowledge of FIDIC contracts and commercial administration practices.
• Proven ability to coordinate effectively with government authorities, utility providers, and multiple contractors.

Work Setting and Logistics

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must either currently reside in Riyadh or be willing and able to relocate. The role operates on a 6-day working week schedule.
