Career Maker Bahrain is seeking a Project Manager specializing in the Water Utilities and Industrial Sector. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and involves leading critical operational-technology and engineering projects from their initial planning stages through to successful completion. The role requires a professional who can manage complex projects effectively within a dynamic environment.

Role Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight of assigned projects. This includes managing project scope, adhering to established schedules, controlling budgets, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with contractors, mitigating risks, and providing clear, consistent reporting to stakeholders. The successful candidate will drive project execution to meet defined objectives and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate effectively with engineering teams, external contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, quality assurance, cost control, and contractual performance.
• Lead project meetings and prepare clear, concise progress and management reports for relevant parties.
• Support all phases of project testing, handover, closure, and facilitate lessons-learned activities to enhance future projects.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of professional experience in project management, specifically within the water utilities or industrial sectors. Demonstrated experience in leading operational-technology and engineering projects is essential.
