Takamol Holding is seeking a Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to managing project operations and ensuring successful delivery in line with company standards.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will lead all aspects of assigned project operations, encompassing resourcing, formal project controls, quality assurance, and contractual requirements. The primary objective is to ensure projects are managed according to company standards, delivered on-time and on-budget, and align with the project case. This role also involves coordinating project mobilization activities and leading the development of key initiation documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate project mobilization activities, including leading the development of the project initiation document, project scope, deliverables, and project and resource plans to successfully initiate projects and facilitate progress monitoring.
• Identify potential risk areas and immediate or structural obstacles that could impede successful project implementation, taking corrective actions or escalating issues as required to minimize risk.
• Oversee and review the design and implementation of formal project controls and other quality assurance activities to ensure adherence to company standards, minimize risk, and enhance efficiency.
• Contribute to identifying key lessons from past and ongoing projects, translating insights into improvement recommendations to inform the development of business cases and plans, and ensure project integrity and direction.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and project sponsors, managing the development of communication plans to ensure effective information sharing and foster strong stakeholder engagement.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in project management or a related field, demonstrating a proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
