About the Role

Agility Logistics (KSA) is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role serves as a central point for tracking, managing, and accelerating opportunities across Agility's global portfolio within KSA operations. The Project Manager will bridge high-level government engagements with operational execution, maintaining a single source of truth for the project pipeline.

Role Context and Impact

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing complex stakeholder relationships within the Saudi ecosystem. A key aspect of this role involves ensuring that leadership receives data-driven insights necessary for critical decision-making. This position is integral to the strategic oversight and operational success of projects within the region.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain the KSA Opportunity Tracker using Power BI or Excel, monitoring status, ownership, timelines, and dependencies for all regional projects.
Track engagements with key KSA entities, documenting next actions and ensuring all follow-ups are completed.
Prepare monthly leadership updates and visual dashboards to translate complex data into actionable insights for the executive team.
Follow up directly with Operating Companies (OpCos) to ensure meeting actions and deadlines are met, acting as the primary enforcer of project timelines.
Proactively identify and flag potential delays, resource bottlenecks, or strategic risks before they impact project delivery.
Ensure seamless continuity of project data and strategic relationships during priority shifts or team transitions.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 6-8 years of relevant professional experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, KSA. The role requires active engagement with various stakeholders and operating companies within the Saudi ecosystem.
