About the Opportunity

Jobskey Search and Selection is recruiting for a Project Manager to join a fintech and payments company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position that combines strong analytical capabilities with project management responsibilities within a dynamic financial technology environment.

Role Overview and Focus

The primary focus of this role is analytical, involving the extraction, structuring, and analysis of large volumes of data. The Project Manager will be instrumental in building financial models that directly support senior management's decision-making processes. Project delivery responsibilities are integrated into the role, ensuring the successful implementation of key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build financial models and conduct analysis to support commercial and operational decisions.
• Support business cases through comprehensive data analysis and research.
• Deliver assigned projects and process changes from initiation to completion.
• Draft specifications for financial flows within operational and accounting systems.
• Establish project governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and templates.
• Lead change management efforts for the adoption of new processes and tools.
• Collaborate across Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Merchant Services departments, reporting directly to senior management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated strong capabilities in financial modeling and structured data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience utilizing tools such as SQL, MicroStrategy, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Ability to accurately specify financial flows within operational or accounting systems.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Must be based in Riyadh or able to work on-site in Riyadh.

Desired Qualifications

• Background in fintech, payments, banking, or broader financial services.
• Possession of a PMP certification.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• A Master's degree in economics or project management.
