About Agility Logistics (KSA) and the Role

Agility Logistics (KSA) is seeking a Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and is central to managing and accelerating opportunities within our KSA operations.

Role Overview

The Project Manager serves as a central point for Agility's KSA operations, focusing on tracking, managing, and accelerating opportunities across the global portfolio. This position bridges high-level government engagements with operational execution, maintaining a single source of truth for the project pipeline. The role involves managing complex stakeholder relationships within the Saudi ecosystem and providing leadership with data-driven insights for critical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the KSA Opportunity Tracker using Power BI or Excel, monitoring project status, ownership, timelines, and dependencies for all regional projects.
• Track engagements with key KSA entities, documenting next actions and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Prepare monthly leadership updates and visual dashboards to translate complex data into actionable insights for the executive team.
• Follow up directly with Operating Companies (OpCos) to ensure meeting actions and deadlines are met, acting as the primary enforcer of project timelines.
• Proactively identify and flag potential delays, resource bottlenecks, or strategic risks before they impact project delivery.
• Ensure seamless continuity of project data and strategic relationships during priority shifts or team transitions.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3-6 years of project management experience, preferably within a conglomerate, consulting firm, or the logistics/infrastructure sector.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of the KSA business landscape and the Vision 2030 framework.
• Familiarity with the working styles of Saudi government ministries and experience working in international organizations is essential.

Required Skills and Proficiencies

• Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools, specifically Power BI and Excel (including lookups, pivot tables, and dashboard creation).
• Strategic thinking ability to comprehend the broader context across multiple business units (Logistics, Aviation, Ventures) while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong influence and communication skills to hold senior leaders accountable for deadlines without direct reporting authority.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift based on government mandates or market opportunities.
