About the Role of Project Manager

Raqmiyat LLC (Al Ghurair Group of Companies) is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves leading projects through their entire lifecycle, from planning to successful delivery. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in project management.

Project Leadership and Execution

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management. This includes defining project parameters, developing comprehensive plans, and ensuring efficient execution. The role demands proactive management of various project elements to achieve defined objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria in coordination with key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and project documentation.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, vendors, and other external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress against approved plans, KPIs, milestones, and budgets, taking corrective action where required.
• Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and proactively manage escalations.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in project management.
