About the Role

Capgemini is seeking a Project Support Specialist Microwave Program (Telecom) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed to provide structured support across microwave delivery programs within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, ensuring robust program governance and operational efficiency.

Role Context and Purpose

The Project Support Specialist will play a central role in program governance, focusing on effective documentation management, rollout tracking, and coordination of acceptance and licensing activities. This position is critical for continuous compliance monitoring and maintaining data accuracy across all stakeholders involved in the program, contributing to the successful execution of large-scale telecom projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain project documentation, trackers, acceptance records, and governance artifacts, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, version-controlled, and accessible throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor rollout progress, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams, proactively identifying risks and delays, escalating issues as required, and maintaining up-to-date status reports and dashboards.
  • Coordinate acceptance, licensing, and regulatory compliance activities with internal teams, customers, and relevant authorities to ensure timely approvals and project progression.
  • Enforce document control standards, governance processes, naming conventions, and approval workflows across all program records and documentation.
  • Support internal and customer audits by maintaining complete, accurate, and audit-ready documentation at all times.
  • Produce clear and timely program reports, milestone updates, compliance summaries, and management dashboards, translating complex delivery data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including RAN, Transport, Core, and Field Operations, serving as a central coordination point for documentation, governance, and reporting activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement of project support processes, reporting standards, and governance practices to enhance delivery efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in telecom microwave project support, rollout governance, or PMO functions, specifically supporting large-scale microwave, transport, or connectivity programs from initiation through acceptance and project closure.
  • Strong expertise in documentation management and document control, including maintaining project trackers, acceptance records, compliance logs, governance artifacts, and delivery documentation.
  • Proven experience in acceptance coordination and licensing management within telecom rollout environments, with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements, approval processes, and compliance frameworks for microwave network deployments.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Excellent program monitoring and reporting skills, with experience producing dashboards, milestone trackers, status reports, risk logs, and compliance summaries for senior stakeholders and customers.
  • Strong governance, audit readiness, and compliance management capabilities, ensuring accurate, complete, and up-to-date project records aligned with quality and governance standards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage large volumes of documentation and data across multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams, customers, and delivery partners.

Regional Experience

Experience within the KSA or wider Middle East telecom market is highly desirable, including familiarity with local regulatory requirements, operator expectations, and telecom delivery governance practices.
