Role Overview

The Purchasing Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining appropriate stock levels and ensuring timely delivery of goods. This position requires collaboration with various internal teams and external suppliers to meet operational needs and uphold quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support purchasing and receiving operations, including procurement, overseeing receiving processes, and managing inventory.
• Collaborate with outlet managers to ensure purchases align with operational needs and specifications.
• Process invoices, review for accuracy, and follow up on discrepancies to ensure timely payment and issue resolution.
• Assist with supplier management, including securing competitive pricing, placing orders, and tracking deliveries.
• Perform quality checks on shipments to verify adherence to order specifications, grade, and quality standards.
• Supervise and develop purchasing and receiving clerks through training, scheduling, and providing guidance.
