About the Role

Alfanar Projects is seeking a QA/QC Electrical Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience, with a preference for candidates holding Saudi Energy Approval. The role focuses on ensuring quality control and process effectiveness within electrical engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

Train subordinates and build an effective team.
Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates across all work aspects.
Delegate assignments effectively to subordinates.
Ensure fair task distribution to maintain team morale and motivation.
Execute planned activities to meet operational and development targets according to delivery schedules.
Utilize resources efficiently to achieve objectives within cost and time constraints.
Prepare periodic reports detailing deviations and the execution of planned tasks.
Resolve operational problems and escalate complex issues as needed.
Ensure quality requirements are met to develop effective quality control and processes, including specifications for products, processes, or related activities.
Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, seeking automation opportunities where possible.
Comply with relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Ensure adherence to relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined work area to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and the delivery of high-quality products/services.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field. Preference will be given to applicants with Saudi Energy Approval, demonstrating a strong understanding of local energy sector standards and regulations.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a team-oriented environment, contributing to the successful execution of projects at Alfanar Projects.
