About the Role

Flint Consulting Ltd is seeking a Quality & GRC Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to maintaining robust quality management systems and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks. The specialist will ensure adherence to both Saudi regulatory requirements and international standards, contributing to the organization's operational excellence and compliance posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and gap analyses against relevant regulatory and ISO standards.
• Monitor compliance with Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)-specific regulations.
• Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and provide support for certification and re-certification audits.
• Prepare comprehensive compliance reports and dashboards for management and regulatory bodies.
• Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and certification bodies as required.
• Support the maintenance of risk registers, control mapping, and business continuity planning initiatives.

Regulatory and Standards Compliance Focus

The role requires a strong understanding and application of Saudi regulatory requirements, including those from SDAIA, NCA, SAMA, and CST, as applicable. Furthermore, the specialist will ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 27001 (Information Security Management), and ISO 31000 (Risk Management). Specific KSA regulations to monitor include NCA ECC/CSCC, PDPL, and SAMA CSF where relevant.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in quality management and GRC. While not mandatory, preferred certifications include ISO Lead Auditor, CRISC, CGRC, or equivalent qualifications that demonstrate expertise in the field.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from SAR 11,250 to SAR 15,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
