The Role of Real Estate Advisory Analyst

The Real Estate Advisory Analyst will support the evaluation of real estate assets and portfolios. This full-time, on-site position is based in Riyadh and requires close coordination with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality advisory outputs. The role involves financial modeling, market research, and valuation analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting due diligence on properties and markets.
• Preparing appraisal reports.
• Assisting in investment advisory engagements.
• Collaborating with senior team members to gather and interpret data.
• Preparing client presentations.
• Contributing to strategic recommendations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, real estate, business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in quantitative analysis and financial modeling.
• Experience or training in due diligence processes for real estate or related investments.
• Foundational knowledge in finance and investments, ideally with exposure to real estate finance.
• Understanding of real estate appraisal concepts, valuation methodologies, and market analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools (*, PowerPoint) for reports and client deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Work Environment

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines with attention to detail within a collaborative team environment.
