About the Role

We are seeking a Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This is a part-time position requiring six hours of work daily, based on-site at our company premises, conveniently located near a metro station. The role is commission-based, offering significant earning potential.

Compensation Structure

Compensation for this role is entirely commission-based, with commissions up to 50% per deal. Expected commissions for a single transaction range from SAR 12,500 to SAR 150,000, reflecting the direct impact of sales performance on earnings.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work tasks efficiently using a personal computer.
• Actively pursue sales results and engage in continuous learning through provided training and guidance.
• Adhere strictly to established working hours and attendance schedules.

Qualifications and Requirements

• This role is open to all genders.
• Experience required: 0-1 years. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as no prior experience is necessary.
