The Receptionist Role

Fast Fit EMS is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to ensuring a positive first impression for clients and maintaining efficient daily operations within the facility. The role involves direct client interaction and administrative support, contributing to a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them to their intended destination within the facility.
Provide basic information regarding products or services and address client inquiries.
Route incoming phone calls to appropriate departments and handle simple inquiries over the phone.
Address client complaints professionally, aiming for prompt resolution or escalation to the relevant personnel.
Organize and manage the schedule for pre-booked appointments to prevent overlaps.
Work to resolve client issues related to services or products offered.
Offer additional assistance to clients, such as guiding them around the facility or advising on product choices.
Contribute to a positive work environment through polite and professional interactions with clients and colleagues.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Receptionist position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing or administrative role. This experience should demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
