About KBR and the Reporting Manager Role

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Reporting Manager who is a Saudi National to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for all aspects of reporting for a major infrastructure programme, reporting directly to the Project Controls Director. The Reporting Manager will ensure adherence to client requirements and manage reports from the supply chain of Contractors and Supervision Consultants.

Project Overview

The programme involves a significant infrastructure project for a mixed-use development in Riyadh. This development is envisioned as a global landmark and an authentic destination, creating a distinct, self-sustaining hub for the city with several iconic assets. KBR provides Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services, encompassing project planning, controls, design and engineering management, and the implementation of development and early works packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop reporting requirements for the supply chain in coordination with the client project controls team.
• Establish and implement reporting standards, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate with the program management team on all aspects of project controls.
• Manage the supply chain to ensure timely submission of reports.
• Produce all weekly and monthly reports required for the programme.
• Manage a team of reporting assistants, as required.
