Gathern is seeking a Risk Management Lead to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This is a full-time position focused on strengthening the organization's risk posture and ensuring business continuity.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to enhance the enterprise risk posture by identifying, assessing, and mitigating strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory risks. The Risk Management Lead will ensure risk-informed decision-making and support overall business continuity within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct enterprise risk assessments and maintain comprehensive risk registers.
• Develop and monitor the implementation of risk mitigation plans.
• Perform detailed risk analysis for new initiatives and projects.
• Support business continuity and incident response planning activities.
• Prepare and present risk reports for leadership and governance committees, including executive reports and dashboards for the CEO and Audit Committee.
• Promote a strong risk awareness culture across all departments.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, methodologies, tools, and templates.
• Develop, monitor, and periodically review the organization's Risk Appetite, Risk Tolerance, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
• Lead Business Continuity Management activities, including Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
• Participate in crisis management and incident response activities.
• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of Enterprise Risk Management practices throughout the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate various types of enterprise risks.
• Experience in developing and implementing ERM frameworks and methodologies.
• Proficiency in preparing detailed risk reports and dashboards for executive leadership.
• Strong understanding of Business Continuity Management principles and practices.
