About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Room Service Manager to oversee daily operations for one of its hotel dining outlets in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves managing service standards, product quality, and overall guest dining experiences. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory management, cost controls, and profitability.
Enforce company policies and procedures, and manage marketing and budgeting for the outlet.
Monitor service and product quality, assess guest satisfaction, address issues, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the dining experience.
Supervise, coach, and mentor team members, conduct performance evaluations, and provide professional development opportunities.
Implement marketing strategies, up-selling techniques, and promotional initiatives to maximize food and beverage sales and profitability.
Lead hiring efforts, conduct interviews, and train new team members to maintain high service standards and operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to uphold guest and team member wellbeing.

5-10 years of experience in a relevant role.
