About the Role

Radial is seeking a qualified Safety Engineer to oversee and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations for villa construction projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with company HSE standards and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily site safety inspections and audits.
Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and Saudi regulations.
Perform risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses.
Monitor subcontractor safety performance.
Prepare HSE reports and maintain safety records.
Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to safe work practices.
Support emergency response planning and drills.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in construction safety, with a preference for experience in villa or residential building projects.
NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification is preferred.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and risk assessment practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Work Environment

The Safety Engineer will work on-site at villa construction projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, ensuring adherence to safety protocols in a dynamic construction environment.
