About T2 and the Sales Account Manager Role

T2 is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is focused on managing strategic partner accounts and identifying opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions within our existing customer base.

Role Purpose

The primary objective of this position is to drive joint business opportunities with strategic partners and support the conversion of qualified client needs into successful ERP projects. The role plays a crucial part in expanding T2's footprint in digital transformation and process automation through Odoo ERP.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts from a commercial perspective.
• Identify Odoo ERP, digital transformation, and process automation opportunities within client accounts.
• Provide early visibility of new Odoo-related opportunities to the sales team.
• Support discovery calls, demos, and proposal stages.
• Review the sales pipeline to identify qualified ERP/Odoo leads.
• Coordinate meetings between customers and the partnership team.
• Maintain opportunity tracking and handover notes in CRM.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

We are looking for a professional with 2-5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Strong relationship management skills.
• A moderate understanding of ERP systems, specifically Odoo, and general business processes.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working closely with both internal sales and partnership teams, as well as external clients and strategic partners, to achieve business objectives.
