The Sales Admin Internship

Webook is seeking a Sales Admin Intern to join its team in Riyadh. This internship is designed for a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to support the sales team as a System Administrator. The intern will play a critical role in maintaining data accuracy, managing WBK Pro related tasks, and contributing to system streamlining efforts within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team with data entry, cleaning, and formatting of sales-related information.
• Monitor team follow-up frequency, response rates, and identify blockers.
• Learn and assist with WBK Pro onboarding processes.
• Identify potential inactive leads on WBK Pro.
• Flag fake or invalid accounts on WBK Pro.
• Perform daily or bi-daily website and application sanity checks.
• Execute other administrative and system-related tasks to support the sales team.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Workspace.

Skills and Attributes

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work with data and present it clearly.
• Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• An interest in sales operations, CRM systems, and the events/experiences industry is considered a significant advantage.
