About Olo and Hailaman

Olo is seeking individuals to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Within the Olo ecosystem, Hailaman operates as an AI-powered recruitment platform. This platform assists companies in optimizing their hiring processes by automating candidate screening and analysis, which aims to reduce hiring time and enhance candidate quality for HR teams.

The Sales/Business Development Internship

This internship offers an opportunity for driven individuals to gain practical experience in sales and business development. The role is designed for those looking to develop their skills and contribute to a growing platform. As a Sales/BD Intern, you will be integral to expanding Hailaman's reach within the market, focusing on lead generation and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research target companies across various sectors, including FinTech, SaaS, and eCommerce.
  • Initiate contact with key decision-makers such as HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Specialists, and CEOs.
  • Present Hailaman's value proposition clearly and effectively to potential clients.
  • Schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Qualify potential leads to assess their suitability and interest.
  • Maintain and update customer data accurately within the CRM system.
  • Continuously refine outreach strategies based on performance metrics and results.

Candidate Profile

  • Currently enrolled student or a recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Possesses a proactive mindset with an eagerness to experiment and learn.
  • A genuine interest in sales or business development.
  • Basic familiarity with CRM tools (*, Notion) and platforms like LinkedIn is considered a plus.

Location and Compensation
