The Business Development Internship

Maven Insights is offering an internship opportunity for a Business Development Intern to join its Commercial Strategy team. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is designed for motivated fresh Saudi graduates seeking to gain practical experience within a dynamic consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, coordination, and submission of proposals, RFIs, RFQs, EOIs, and RFP responses.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical, commercial, and administrative inputs for proposal submissions.
• Track proposal timelines, milestones, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain proposal records, sales pipeline data, and CRM information.
• Conduct market, client, competitor, and procurement research to identify business opportunities.
• Monitor procurement portals and tender platforms for new opportunities and updates.
• Assist with vendor registrations, supplier prequalification, and the preparation of submission and compliance documentation.
• Prepare company profiles, capability statements, presentations, credentials, and other business development materials.
• Update CRM records, including client information, contacts, and opportunity status.
• Prepare business development reports and proposal performance summaries.
• Coordinate meetings, stakeholder communications, follow-ups, and action items throughout the proposal process.
• Perform ad hoc research and administrative tasks to support business development and proposal management activities.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking Fresh Saudi Graduates with 0-1 years of experience. Ideal candidates will have graduated from a Business Administration faculty of a top university and demonstrate strong motivation to contribute to a consulting firm.

Work Environment and Location

This is an internship position within a professional consulting environment. The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, offering exposure to regional business development activities.
