About Accenture and the Role

Accenture Middle East, a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security, is seeking a Sales Capture Lead Adobe & Salesforce Platforms. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves leading the origination, shaping, and closure of large, complex digital transformation deals. The successful candidate will work with clients to define and execute customer experience (CX), marketing, commerce, and CRM transformations powered by leading platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce.

Sales Capture and Business Development

This role focuses on driving strategic sales initiatives and expanding market presence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end sales capture for large, strategic deals across Adobe and Salesforce ecosystems.
  • Defining winning strategies, including deal shaping, commercial positioning, and competitive differentiation.
  • Orchestrating multi-disciplinary teams to develop compelling proposals and client solutions.
  • Identifying, originating, and developing new opportunities within target accounts and industries.
  • Contributing to go-to-market strategies and campaigns focused on Adobe and Salesforce offerings.
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities across the region.

Client Engagement and Solutioning

The Sales Capture Lead will manage client relationships and develop value-led solutions:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior client stakeholders (*, CMO, CIO, Chief Digital Officer).
  • Positioning Accenture as a strategic partner in customer experience, marketing, and CRM transformation.
  • Translating client business needs into actionable digital and platform-led solutions.
  • Shaping integrated solutions leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce capabilities (*, Marketing Cloud, Commerce, Experience, CRM).
  • Partnering with solution architects and delivery teams to ensure scalable, feasible, and innovative offerings.
  • Articulating clear business value, ROI, and customer impact aligned with client priorities.

Commercial and Team Leadership

This role involves leading commercial negotiations and fostering collaboration within the team:

  • Leading commercial negotiations, including pricing strategy, contract structuring, and risk management.
  • Ensuring compliance with Accenture governance and profitability targets.
  • Driving deal closure while balancing client value and business outcomes.
  • Collaborating with account teams, global experts, and platform leads to deliver best-in-class client solutions.
  • Mentoring junior sales and consulting professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Supporting knowledge sharing and capability development within the Adobe and Salesforce practices.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Proven experience (5-10 years) in sales capture, deal shaping, or business development within consulting or professional services.
  • Strong track record of closing large, complex deals in digital, CX, or CRM transformation.
  • Hands-on experience working with Adobe Experience Cloud and/or Salesforce platforms.
  • Deep understanding of customer experience, marketing transformation, and digital platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior client stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

The following skills are considered advantageous for this position:

  • Regional experience in the Middle East market.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, personalization, and omnichannel engagement strategies.
  • Commercial acumen, including pricing, contracting, and large deal negotiations.
  • Certifications in Adobe or Salesforce platforms.
