About Ethos Interactive
Ethos Interactive is a rapidly expanding digital communication group operating across the MENA region. We focus on bringing significant digital ideas to life for leading brands such as McDonald's, General Motors, and American Express. We are seeking a Digital Business Development Manager to join our full-time team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Role
This is a new business acquisition role focused on securing net-new enterprise and large mid-market clients for Ethos Interactive's digital services within Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new client engagements, building a pipeline from the market and our technology partner ecosystem. Primary service offerings include digital transformation consulting, CX strategy and implementation, marketing technology (martech) deployments, and performance and lifecycle marketing. Social media management is offered as a complementary service to round out engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of net-new enterprise and large mid-market prospects in Saudi Arabia.
- Lead the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery to solution shaping with strategy and delivery teams, proposal development, commercial negotiation, and closing.
- Secure engagements primarily anchored in digital and customer experience (CX) services, with social media as a complementary offering where relevant.
- Represent Ethos Interactive at industry events, client forums, and partner activations across Riyadh and the Kingdom.
- Develop working relationships with partner and alliance managers at key technology platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, IBM, and Acquia in KSA and UAE.
- Drive deal registration, co-sell initiatives, and referral flow from the partner ecosystem into the Ethos Interactive pipeline.
- Position Ethos Interactive as a leading regional implementation and strategy partner for these platforms.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including pipeline stages, value, probability, and next actions.
- Report weekly on pipeline movement and monthly on progress against revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the Beirut production team for prospect research, proposal generation, and pitch material preparation, focusing personal efforts on client engagement.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in business development or a related client acquisition role, preferably within the digital services or marketing technology sector. Demonstrated success in building and managing a sales pipeline and closing new enterprise accounts is essential. Key performance indicators for this role include:
- Establishing a qualified pipeline within the first 90 days.
- Closing the first net-new logo within 6 months.
- Achieving an agreed annual new-business revenue target, weighted towards digital/CX retainer and program work.
- Initiating active co-sell motions with at least two enterprise technology partners by month 6.
Compensation and Reporting
This position offers a competitive base salary complemented by an uncapped new-business commission structure. The commission is weighted towards recurring and retainer engagements. Specific package details will be discussed during the offer stage. The Digital Business Development Manager reports directly to the Managing Director.
