Preciosa Lighting is a global leader in bespoke crystal lighting, known for collaborating with architects, designers, and developers to deliver projects through craftsmanship, innovation, and design. As the company expands its operations across Saudi Arabia, it is seeking to appoint a Business Development Manager based in Riyadh.

Role Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities for Preciosa Lighting's bespoke decorative lighting solutions within the Saudi Arabian market. This full-time role involves building and maintaining relationships with key industry stakeholders and contributing to the company's market presence and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the hospitality, residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers, contractors, and clients.
• Promote Preciosa Lighting's bespoke decorative lighting solutions and strengthen market presence.
• Track projects from concept and design through tender, award, supply, installation, and completion.
• Collaborate with international design, engineering, and project teams to deliver client solutions.
• Represent Preciosa Lighting at client meetings, presentations, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Achieve sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer experience.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP Sales Cloud is an advantage.

Experience and Skills

• Proven experience of 5-10 years in business development or sales, preferably within decorative lighting, architecture, interior design, construction, or luxury products.
• An existing professional network within the Saudi architecture, design, or construction industry is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated professional with a strong commercial mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia as required.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves working as part of a team dedicated to expanding Preciosa Lighting's presence in the region. The role requires regular interaction with clients and industry partners across various sectors.
