About the Role

Logitera is seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on driving growth for an Engineering Consultancy with a strong presence in the Kingdom.

Role Context and Objectives

The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding the consultancy's market reach and securing new business opportunities. The role involves proactively engaging with potential clients to generate direct business and Requests for Quotation (RFQs) across specific service areas, primarily within the Eastern Province and Riyadh regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business opportunities for Engineering Consultancy Services.
• Develop and secure new business related to Surveying & Geomatics Services.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for Design & Supervision Services.
• Proactively open doors and generate Requests for Quotation (RFQs) from target clients.
• Cultivate and secure direct business opportunities within the Saudi market.

Required Experience and Professional Network

• Solid experience in business development within Saudi Arabia, particularly in the Eastern Province and Riyadh regions.
• An existing professional network and active relationships with key entities including:
  • EPC Contractors
  • Construction Companies
  • Real Estate Developers
  • Industrial Clients
  • Government & Semi-Government Entities
• Established network with decision-makers, procurement teams, project managers, and commercial departments.
• Proven track record of success in business development within the Saudi Arabian market.

Essential Skills and Market Understanding

• Strong understanding of the Saudi construction and engineering market dynamics.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within an established Engineering Consultancy, focusing on client engagement and business expansion across the Eastern Province and Riyadh regions.
