The Role: Sales Consultant Integrated Services

Bayut KSA is hiring an experienced Sales Consultant Integrated Services to join its full-time team in Riyadh. This role involves conducting daily client calls and meetings, adopting a consultative approach to assist clients in making informed decisions. The consultant will leverage client business needs to drive results and play a pivotal part in the organization's growth through property sales and deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell residential and commercial properties from the company's inventory.
  • Conduct property showings, provide detailed information, and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.
  • Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, offering professional advice on buying, selling, and investment opportunities.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to expand the client base, developing and maintaining a strong professional network.
  • Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive offerings to provide clients with accurate and current market information.
  • Ensure clients are well-informed about relevant property units, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty, providing ongoing support and staying updated on evolving property requirements.
  • Conduct property demonstrations and arrange site visits for clients to facilitate their understanding of potential investments.
  • Facilitate the timely closure of property deals, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completed.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the real estate sector. The role requires a proven ability to manage client relationships and drive sales outcomes.

Compensation

This full-time position offers a competitive base salary complemented by a commission structure, reflecting performance and successful deal closures.
