The Role of Sales Consultant - Integrated Services
Bayut KSA is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant - Integrated Services to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves conducting daily calls and meetings within the market. The consultant will adopt a consultative approach to assist clients in making informed decisions that leverage their business needs and drive exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell residential and commercial property units from the company's inventory.
- Conduct property showings, provide detailed information, and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.
- Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, offering professional advice on property buying, selling, and investment opportunities.
- Generate and follow up on leads to expand the client base, and develop and maintain a strong professional network to foster business opportunities.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive offerings to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date market information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are well-informed about relevant property units, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Conduct property demonstrations and arrange site visits for clients to help them visualize potential investments.
- Facilitate the timely closure of property deals, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completed.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience as a Sales Consultant. This role requires a professional who can effectively understand client requirements, provide comprehensive demonstrations, and ensure successful deal closures. A strong ability to apply a consultative approach in client interactions is essential.
Compensation
This position offers a competitive base salary, supplemented by a commission structure.
Location and Work Type
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, requiring active engagement with clients through daily calls and meetings in the market.
