Danfoss is seeking a Sales Engineer Graduate to join its team in Saudi Arabia, with locations in Jeddah and Riyadh. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on expanding Danfoss' presence and supporting customers in developing energy-efficient, reliable, and sustainable HVAC solutions.

Role Context and Purpose

The Sales Engineer Graduate will combine technical knowledge with a customer-focused sales approach. This position involves working closely with clients from the initial design phase through successful implementation, building relationships, and acting as a technical advisor to help customers maximize the value of Danfoss technologies. The role contributes to business growth within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen customer relationships across Saudi Arabia by participating in customer visits with Sales Engineers, understanding customer needs, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Provide technical and commercial support by preparing quotations, basic calculations, solution proposals, and following up on customer inquiries to deliver value-driven solutions.
• Support project development and execution by collaborating with consultants, contractors, wholesalers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a product advisor by maintaining knowledge of the Danfoss product portfolio, recommending suitable solutions, and ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
• Deliver product presentations and training programs to customers and internal sales teams, helping stakeholders understand product value propositions, applications, and best practices to drive business growth.
