About the Role

REDA Hazard Control is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a qualified sales representative with 0-1 years of experience, focused on selling products and services that meet customer needs. The role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, with an emphasis on lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.

Role Objectives

The primary objectives for this role include representing the company's offerings and achieving sales targets through effective strategies. The Sales Engineer will leverage consumer research and comprehensive product knowledge to address customer requirements.

Represent the company’s products and services, utilizing consumer research and in-depth knowledge of solutions to meet customer needs.
Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by implementing sales and marketing strategies.
Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedules to engage with existing and potential customers.
Develop and implement territory action plans based on data analysis, adjusting sales techniques as needed.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. This includes conducting product demonstrations and preparing detailed sales documentation.

Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities.
Identify prospects, set appointments, conduct qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business across all service categories.
Possess in-depth product knowledge to conduct demonstrations and address objections effectively.
Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations.
Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process, including product demos and presentations.
Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure quotas are met and company standards are upheld.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should possess strong negotiating skills and the ability to present offerings compellingly. The role requires a quick learner who is both personable and professional, capable of attending networking events and trade shows.

Work Type and Location
