About the Role

Zahid Tractor is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role focuses on driving profitable growth within an assigned territory by developing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and managing the end-to-end sales process. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The Senior Sales Engineer is responsible for delivering value-based solutions to customers while ensuring compliance with company standards and achieving high customer satisfaction. This involves proactive engagement and strategic management of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and expand the assigned territory by identifying opportunities and meeting sales objectives.
Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent engagement and proactive account management.
Generate, qualify, and convert sales opportunities, overseeing the sales pipeline from prospecting to order closure.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals that align with customer needs and company goals.
Negotiate commercial terms within approved authority limits while safeguarding profitability.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and market intelligence.
Collaborate with various internal teams, including Product Support, Parts, Service, Finance, and Credit, to deliver comprehensive customer solutions.
Drive customer satisfaction through value-based selling and effective post-sale support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer developments to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure adherence to company policies, governance requirements, and ethical selling standards.
Support smooth order execution, delivery coordination, and documentation processes.
Contribute to continuous improvement and business development initiatives.
