About AlRuwais Contracting Company

Al-Ruwais Contracting Company, established in 2012, is a significant contributor to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 infrastructure transformation. Al-Ruwais serves prominent clients such as Riyadh Municipality, the Ministry of Sports, the Border Management Authority, and defense sector entities, executing all projects with strict adherence to safety, quality, and schedule.

The Sales Executive Role

The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing government and private sector clients, and supporting bid and tender processes. Day-to-day activities include preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating with technical and project teams to align solutions with client needs, and conducting market research to track industry trends and competitor activities. The Sales Executive also maintains accurate sales forecasts and reports, attends client meetings and site visits as needed, and represents Al-Ruwais at industry events to enhance brand visibility and support long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and performance targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide support and mentorship to team members when required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant sales role.
  • Experience in the construction, facilities management, or government projects sector is a strong advantage.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic environment focused on impactful national infrastructure projects.
