About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Sales Executive to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time position is central to driving revenue growth by securing new business opportunities and fostering strong client relationships within the hospitality sector.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to identify and capitalize on new business leads while expanding existing customer accounts. The Sales Executive will contribute to the hotel's market share and ensure the delivery of memorable guest experiences through effective sales strategies and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads by analyzing local market trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities across various revenue streams.
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with existing customers, including local travel to increase market share and direct business to the hotel/cluster.
  • Negotiate rates and prepare contracts to secure group and corporate bookings, ensuring alignment with established pricing strategies.
  • Support business growth through the development and implementation of local marketing channels tailored to the market.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to develop comprehensive sales programs and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and provide timely updates to Sales leadership.
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally to support conversion and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Sales Executive position are expected to have 0-1 years of relevant experience. The role requires an individual capable of market analysis, client relationship management, and effective negotiation to achieve sales objectives.
