About the Role

ArabyAds is seeking a Sales Manager, DeviceBoost (OEM Advertising), to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving the growth of DeviceBoost's Apple Ads and OEM mobile advertising business within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The position is commercially focused, involving the introduction of these solutions to advertisers and agencies, new business development, and increasing DeviceBoost's share of mobile advertising budgets.

DeviceBoost Overview

DeviceBoost provides advertisers with access to premium mobile audiences through Apple Ads and leading OEM ecosystems, including Huawei, Xiaomi, Samsung, OPPO, and Transsion. The offering combines high-intent App Store advertising with native, on-device, and system-level OEM inventory. This provides brands with an alternative and complementary solution to traditional digital acquisition channels. Through OEM partnerships, advertisers can reach users across App Store search and discovery, app stores, native applications, device-level placements, and other mobile environments, supported by advanced targeting and integration with major MMPs for attribution and measurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive DeviceBoost's Apple Ads and OEM advertising revenue in Saudi Arabia.
• Build and manage relationships with advertisers, agencies, app developers, and performance marketing teams.
• Identify new business opportunities across mobile-first sectors such as e-commerce, fintech, gaming, delivery, travel, and other app-driven businesses.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential advertisers.
• Understand client acquisition and growth objectives and translate them into relevant Apple Ads and OEM advertising solutions.
• Prepare proposals and media plans based on client objectives, target audiences, KPIs, and available inventory.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching through negotiation, closing, and campaign handover.
• Build relationships with decision-makers across marketing, digital, growth, performance, and user acquisition teams.
• Collaborate with DeviceBoost's product and operations teams on campaign planning, pricing, and performance.
• Educate advertisers and agencies on Apple Ads and OEM advertising opportunities in the Saudi market.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and revenue reporting while delivering against monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in mobile digital advertising, media sales, ad tech, or performance marketing.
• Existing relationships with advertisers and/or media agencies in Saudi Arabia.
• Good understanding of digital and performance advertising.
• Exposure to mobile app marketing, user acquisition, Apple Ads, OEM advertising, or mobile ad tech is an advantage.
• Familiarity with MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar platforms.
• Strong sales, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Commercially driven with the ability to prospect and develop new business.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi advertising and digital ecosystem.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.
