About Klybeck Life Sciences MENA

Klybeck Life Sciences MENA is seeking a Sales Manager Poultry Vaccines to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on developing and leading the poultry vaccine business across the Kingdom.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager – Poultry Vaccines will be responsible for establishing and growing Klybeck's poultry vaccine operations in Saudi Arabia. This includes managing all aspects from vaccination program design to ensuring cold-chain integrity during delivery to farms. The role requires a strategic approach to sales and market development within the veterinary biologicals sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the annual sales plan, budget, and targets for the poultry vaccine portfolio.
Drive vaccine sales growth with poultry integrators, broiler, layer, and breeder farms, and hatcheries.
Design and promote vaccination programs in collaboration with customer veterinarians, supported by the technical team.
Lead vaccine tenders, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations in line with company policy.
Ensure cold-chain integrity for storage, distribution, and delivery, working closely with Supply Chain and distributors.
Coordinate vaccination audits, field trials, serology follow-up, and customer training initiatives.
Monitor disease outbreaks, competitor products, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Prepare sales forecasts and monthly performance reports for the Commercial Director.
Ensure full compliance with SFDA and MEWA regulations pertaining to veterinary biologicals.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves working with various stakeholders across the Kingdom to build and manage the poultry vaccine business.
