Sales Manager (SDA / MDA)

About the Role

Lobo Management is seeking a Sales Manager (SDA / MDA) for a prominent multinational Consumer Electronics company. This full-time position is based in Saudi Arabia, with a preference for candidates in Riyadh or Jeddah. The role focuses on sales of Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) or Major Domestic Appliances (MDA).

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business development within the SDA/MDA sector. This involves cultivating relationships with partners, developing new business models, and ensuring project profitability. The role requires a consultative sales approach and collaboration with various internal and external teams to expand market reach and product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with partners, managing engagement from initial business cultivation to product and service delivery.
• Maximize the project pipeline and ensure the achievement of project profitability targets.
• Develop new solution packages and business models with eco-partners, utilizing a full range of products and partner solutions.
• Provide consultative and value-based selling, offering appropriate solution packages and proposals based on a deep understanding of customer needs.
• Collaborate effectively with Headquarters (HQ), Regional Headquarters (RHQ), and other subsidiaries as part of virtual teams.
• Access leads through industry networks, convert them into hot leads, and provide pre-sales support to the Sales team by preparing necessary solution information for each project.
• Present company products and educate consultants, partners, and end-customers on the advantages of products, including those developed through partnerships.
• Develop new key account partnerships with operators and owners to offer products to target clients, expanding product lines and integrating different business units to create competitive offerings.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
• Demonstrated experience in Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) or Major Domestic Appliances (MDA) sales is required.

Work Location

This position is based in Saudi Arabia, with primary locations in Riyadh or Jeddah.
