About the Role

Alfanar is seeking a Sales Representative Outdoors for a full-time position based in Riyadh or Khamis Mushayt, Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial for driving sales and building strong relationships with both new and existing customers within assigned territories. The representative will focus on acquiring new business, promoting Alfanar's diverse products and services, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective communication, follow-up, and support in outdoor or field settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and acquire new customers within the assigned geographical area.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending trade events.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients to drive sales.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Promote and represent the company’s products and services, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products to effectively position Alfanar’s offerings.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and outcomes, ensuring accurate forecasting.
  • Maintain and update records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Monitor competitor activity, including pricing, promotions, and products.
  • Gather and report customer feedback to assist in product development and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, proposals, and contracts.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on orders and delivery of products or services.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, handling order discrepancies, delivery issues, and product concerns with professionalism.

  • Continuously develop and update soft and technical skills relevant to the job.
  • Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Solve related problems and escalate complex operational issues when necessary.
  • Ensure quality requirements are met, contributing to effective quality control and processes.
  • Adhere to well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, and seek automation opportunities.
  • Comply with all relevant company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined area of work activity.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in an outdoor sales role or a related field. Key qualifications include:

  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking sales activities and client interactions.
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-resolution abilities.
